Florence is a tech company providing recruitment and training solutions for the social care industry. While at the company I led the visual design of Florence’s marketing strategy, developing new initiatives, video campaigns, and product demos for B2C and B2B audiences.

Florence marketing

This video was part of a wider campaign to increase user sign-up on the Florence Flex app. In its creation I explored the overall aesthetic of Florence video content.

cohesive social presence

Following the company’s rebrand, I pioneered the use of animation on Florence social platforms, increasing B2C engagement and followers in addition to gaining traction for prize giveaways and event campaigns. This gave Florence social media a cohesive look, lending the brand a professional customer-facing presence.

 

professional Product demos

I developed numerous product demo videos for Florence sub-brands, combining bespoke animation, app footage, and sound design. These increased awareness and interest in Florence’s different offerings, and provided professional marketing materials to share with potential B2B clients.

florence talks podcast

I created a logo and aesthetic for the Florence Talks podcast, a B2B thought leadership piece for managers working in social care. I developed the podcast visuals, individual podcast episode imagery, and marketing videos to help promote episodes, as seen below. These assets led to the podcast being shared throughout the care sector on social media and across podcast platforms.
